About Us

Born of a friendship between Anne Godel and Alain Rivat -cogérants-, it was in 1997 that S2G was born.

First installed in Eckbolsheim, it will then nestle in 2006, in its current premises located

1 rue Alexandre Volta in Mundolsheim. Our activity includes the sale to professionals of new and reconditioned equipment as well as all the supplies necessary for their use.

Our premises include a Show Room for demonstrations, a technical part for after-sales service, our offices and the most spacious part: the storage of machines and consumables.

It was in January 2016 that Gaëtan Di Filippo, technician, joined the company and turned S2G upside down. The latter will then be joined by Alain Tourdot to complete the team that accompanies you on a daily basis.

Indeed, since the arrival of the technical team, we have turned more and more to the second-hand phenomenon, favoring reconditioning over the sale of new equipment. We are now part of an environmental approach because you are aware that repackaging is a more ecological (and economical) way to consume.

Today, a whole team qualified in this field is attentive to your needs.

We support our customers throughout France, both in the maintenance of their equipment, as in the development of their activity. We strive, over the years, to guarantee you the best service with friendliness and professionalism in order to optimize our commercial relations.

About reconditioning

More and more in vogue with the arrival of platforms such as Vinted, LeBonCoin or BackMarket, this practice is now an integral part of our daily lives. Repackaging, or second-hand sales after being refurbished, is not just a fad, but the consumption pattern of the future.

Although the pollution due to electronic waste is less than that linked to plastic, it is nevertheless no less than a million tonnes of electronic waste that is generated each year, and in France alone.

For the consumer, going through reconditioned makes it possible to buy responsibly by promoting sustainable development since this practice is part of a recycling process. We limit the over-packaging, the negative externalities linked to the production of new goods and the congestion of landfills. In addition, the consumer benefit extends to the financial aspect since we know that a new object loses a third of its value as soon as it is unpacked. So you can be sure to buy at the best price.

Concerned about the impact our activity has on the environment, we have decided to turn to this practice by allowing machines to experience several lives by repairing them and giving them a facelift rather than leaving them behind. get rid of. Pioneers in this field, we aspire to protect future generations at our level because every gesture counts.
